Tiphunzitsane ! Project Manager – Theatre for a Change –Lilongwe
The Tiphunzitsane! Project works in govt Teacher Training Colleges (TTCs) and the Primary Schools that surround them. Pre-service teachers are trained in facilitation skills, life skills and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) topics. They then run SRHR Clubs in Primary Schools. The Project Manager (PM) will manage 10-12 Training Officers who are permanently placed in the TTCs, and ensure their efficient and effective implementation of project activities, the PM will also support the project monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting. We are looking for a candidate with high level project management skills, and with demonstrable experience training others in interactive, participatory ways and exceeding donor targets.
