Tiphunzire! Project Officer: Girls’ Education Challenge (GEC) – Theatre for a Change –Lilongwe
The Tihunzire! Project works with marginalised girls in 22 schools across 10 Districts in Malawi, this role is responsible for the management of the 315 Agent of Change (AoC) teachers who run the project in these schools,; ensuring the AoCs are implementing activities effectively and in a timely manner. The PO will also support with the monitoring of the project. The PO will also support the project monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience managing others remotely, with excellent communication, organisational and Excel skills (this will be tested at interview)
