Based in Lilongwe and 40% domestic field travel 

Excellent computer skills with competency in statistical packages such as SPSS Epi-info, Demonstrated positive record in working with donor, clinical community and govt entities, Able to think strategically and build productive relationships with partners and local, national and international organisation, Be experienced in utilising computer programs: database, Word, Excel, and Power Point, internet application systems, B effluent in Portuguese, Have functional verbal and writing skills in English 

Advance Degree in Project Management or Monitoring and Evaluation, Firm command of M&E issues, best practices and state of the art approaches related to populations of special interests, Strong training and capacity development skills, at least 6 yrs of relevant experience with at least 4 yrs in design and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems and informative or operations research for health, child welfare or related programs in developing countries, demonstrated analytical skills and experienced with both quantitative and qualitative research methods, Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Public Health or related Social Science area or Graduate University Degree in Basic Sciences with additional diploma or other M&E qualifications 

Strong cross-cultural, analytical, interpersonal, organisation and communication skills, Ability to work productivity under stress conditions, Have strong commitment to World Vision Core Values and mission Statement, Support World Vision’s Christian ethos in action 

Conduct monitoring of post training activities to measure effectiveness of training programs and propose changes to training plans and approach to ensure investment returns for capacity building for CHWs, Support supervision visits and training programs for community health workers in collaboration with ministry of Health
