Theatre for a Change (TfaC) is an organisation locally registered in Malawi with the Council for non-Governmental Organisations (CONGOMA) and the NGO Board, We have been working in Malawi since 2006 with the goal to improve the Sexual and Reproductive Health of vulnerable and marginalised groups

We are seeking to recruit a number of Monitoring and Evaluation Assistants with a real commitment and passion for measuring and reporting on impact in our education and community programmes with the aim of enhancing the quality of our work, we are looking for candidates who are organised, ale to prioritise and plan work effectively, The candidates must have experience in data collection and basic analysis with Microsoft Excel skills (this will be tested at interview)
