Finance Director – NOCBA ( National Cooperative Business Association

Is responsible for the overall management of the program budget and expenses, S/he will oversee final forecasting and monitor expenses in alignment with monthly and annual budgets, and maintain routine communication with the Chief of Party and CLUSA headquarter staff on the financial performance of the project, S/he will manage vendor payments, staff salaries and benefits and work closely with program staff to address financial and accounting issues, The Finance Director is responsible for ensuring procurement, contracts, and financial management is in compliance with USG regulations
Bachelors Degree Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required, Masters Degree preferred, At least 7 yrs of experience managing finances and budgets for large-scale international donor-funded programs, USAID or USDA experience required, Strong knowledge of USAID and USDA regulations and policies, Demonstrated experience managing staff to met program objectives and individual performance goals, experience working with agriculture programs preferred, Fluency in English required, fluency in local language(s) preferred
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist – NOCBA (National Cooperative Business Association

Is responsible for overseeing the program’s performance in alignment with the M&E plan, S/he is responsible for designing and leading baseline, mid-term, and end of project evaluations and managing the M&E system and data base, will lead the staff in collecting data, data quality management, and analyses, S/he is also responsible for writing routine M&E reports that outline program performance and will make recommendations for improved program performance based on indicator data
Bachelors Degree in Statistics, M&E, Program Planning, international Development or a related field, Masters Degree preferred, At least 7 yrs of experience serving in an M&E role, with at least of those yrs leading M&E for large scale, international donor funded programs, USAID or USDA experience required, proven expertise in indicator design, data collection, data quality assurance/management and data analysis for both quantitative and qualitative indicators Demonstrated experience designing and leading teams to conduct baseline, mid-term and end of project evaluations, Experience working with M&E agriculture programs preferred, Fluency in English, required, fluency in local language(s) preferred
