Our Client - My client is one of South Africa leading multi-disciplinary contractors, with projects and investment in numerous African countries as well. They are seeking a new, dynamic and reliable Financial Director.
Job Description -
- Partnering with the Managing Director to provide strong leadership to the business.
- Ensuring, strong hands-on financial controls are in place across the business.
- Provide commercial support to key projects and business improvement initiatives.
- Interact with the management team to deliver key financial results.
- Build strong relationships across the business and group.
- Lead and mentor finance teams in decentralized structure.
- Bring rigor and process to the financial systems and discipline.
- You'll work with all departments of the business to help them plan and manage their budgets.

Candidate Requirements –
- Experience in managing a multi billion ZAR company.
- Experience managing the finances of a major construction/multi-disciplinary firm.
- CA (SA) qualification with at least 7 years post qualifying experience at senior / executive level in construction / projects environment.
- Operational involvement and experience in construction / projects environment is a prerequisite.
