Our Client - Is a specialist in the R&D and manufacturing of polysilicon, silicon wafer and solar modules and are one of the few large Solar conglomerates with vertically integrated operations from virgin polysilicon to photovoltaic systems in the global photovoltaic industry, are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to be based in Johannesburg.
Job Description -
- Be responsible for maintaining proper accounting records in ERP
- Review the monthly reports that will assure accurately reflect the transactions of the company
- Review the weekly CF, AR, AP, Inventory reports and other reports required by management.
- Check and approve the payments for the company.
Make analysis and manage the monthly and yearly financial situation - Co-ordinate of internal and external audit tasks, prepare all the audit documents quarterly
- According to the overseas settlement, cost management requirements, sales order information and confirmed contract, applying budget control, to ensure that financial works orderly and cost management effectively
- Co-ordinate accounting and tax issues with local accounts
Candidate Requirements -
- Bachelor or above degree, major in finance, accounting and relevant areas
- 5 years finance experience in trading company preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
