Coram Children’s Legal Centre (CCLC) is looking for two interns to help with a research project, which is examining community knowledge, attitudes and practices relating to forced and early marriage in Somaliland.
Having completed the qualitative and quantitative data collection phase, CCLC is now looking for two interns to help with in-putting the data in preparation for analysis.
We need people who are:
- Qualified in/currently studying a related discipline: Development Studies/Planning, International Human Rights, Law, Social Research
- Seeking experience within a human rights-based research organisation
- Interested in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Available immediately to work in our London office (near Russell square) for a few days over the next two weeks
- Competent using Excel
The research is intended to establish a baseline that will inform the design of appropriate awareness and capacity building interventions with different stakeholders, to eradicate early and forced marriage in Somaliland.
