Tertiary Qualification Charter Accountant, 5 yrs working experience in Automotive Industry, A high level of computer proficiency (Advanced Excel), Strong knowledge and understanding of accounts and reconciliation functions, salary negotiable according to experience working in an environment which is controlled and directed by policies and procedures
Primary responsibility of financial management is financial planning, consolidating and controlling all financial related activities of the business, Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation and reporting
Ensure that General Ledger recon file is complete both balance sheet and income statement, Monitor and check existing budget and report variation, Costing,: inputs control, reporting, Responsible for accountants function and financial administrative services regarding debtors, creditors and systems, Verify invoices and EFT transactions before presenting for authorisation, Asset Management, Management of inter Company accounts, manage cash flow
Weekly and monthly responsibilities – Weekly and monthly financial reporting, Weekly dashboards, Management/trading accounts, Review monthly audit field (Balance sheet and income statement), Complete and consolidate Head Office reporting, Flash Reports, Hyperion Pack, Ad Info, Operations report, Board Pack reports
Complete and consolidate annual budgets, Facilitate and manage annual audit process
The ideal candidate will be ability to assume a strategic and operational management role, Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with IFRS, regulatory laws and tax reporting, Oversee the management and coordination of al fiscal reporting activities for the organisation including organisational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long term strategic financial objectives, Ensure credibility of fiancé department by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts, Ensure that all policies and procedure are adhered to
