IT Applications Support Officer
Monitoring and Maintaining computer systems, System trouble shooting, Documenting systems, Supporting roll-out of new systems, Managing and prioritising user call outs, IT policy development
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology obtained from a n accredited institution, Certificate in IT Infrastructure Library will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of Web technologies including IIS, Working knowledge of MS SQL, working knowledge of VM ware or any virtualized environment, Windows systems administration (Domain management and policy enforcement), Investigation and diagnostic skills, Good oral and written communications skills, Team play
