Preparing IPC schedules in readiness for IPC meetings, Arranging for IPC meetings, Acting as a Secretary for the Regional Procurement Committee, Preparing Local Purchase Orders, Producing monthly and quarterly procurement reports, Following up with suppliers and users on various procurement activities, Any other duties as assigned from time to time
