Spiritual Director - Cure International
Beit CURE International Hospital is a Christian mission hospital providing free orthopaedic health care for children in Malawi, The hospital is looking for a Spiritual Director
In keeping with Hospital’s mission of “healing the sick and proclaiming the kingdom of God” it is the responsibility of the Spiritual Director to minister to the spiritual needs of hospital staff, patients, patient’s families, the community and other work that Hospital leadership assigns
Minimum Education Required – Certificate from Bible School program or equivalent, Current progress toward completion of certificate program acceptable
2 to 4 yrs supervisory experience as a pastor/chaplain or similar ministry role, preferably with experience in a hospital or similar setting, Prior experience coordinating and directing evangelistic outreach programs, preferably for children and their families
Responsible for Executive Director with a dotted line to the CURE International HQ Senior Vice President of Spiritual Ministry, Supervises All Spiritual Centre staff members, Fluency in English and the national language(s) of Malawi, Must demonstrate a mature Christian faith, a close personal relationship with the Lord as evidenced by a strong prayer, a commitment to and love for the Word of God, a reliance on the Holy Spirit and a call to evangelism, Must demonstrate a sincere commitment to the mission of CURE International
