Reports to M&E Technical Lead
Develop and maintain project database and produce reports, Establish mechanism for capturing, analysing, reporting an dappling M&E findings, information and best practices amongst program staff, Assist in designing and implementing of surveys and special studies, Provide capacity building/training in M&E to staff and identifying bottlenecks and propose possible solutions, Coordinate field data collection and conduct data quality assessments, Train project staff in the data collection tools, Ensure that all data collected for M&E purposes is correct and covers SHP reporting requirements
Must have Bachelors Degree in Demography, Statistics or Economics, At least 3 yrs experience working in a busy M&E set up in an International NGO, Ability to understand and interpret complex data
