Organisational Development Expert

AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd (Hungary) is looking for 2 experts for the EU funded project "Technical Assistance to Strengthening the e-Learning of the National School of Government".
The project is currently at the bidding phase and we are looking for a team of two experts who would be interested in the implementation and possess all qualifications and skills required for the positions. The project is expected to last from 23 June 2014 to 14 November 2014.
The Organisational Development expert (Category II) will be allocated 30 work days.
Both experts will be required for briefing/inception meeting on 02 June 2014 at the NSG.
Requirements of the position
  • A Masters Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience of which at least three years should have been dedicated to skills gap analysis
  • In the absence of a Masters degree a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or equivalent, will be considered with at least 9 years' experience in the fields listed above
  • Demonstrable knowledge of developing/using capacity diagnosis tools
  • Experience working in the public sector
Objectives
Global objective
The global objective is to enhance the effective transformation and functioning of the NSG in delivering training and development programmes that meet the developmental challenges and service delivery constraints in the South Africa context.
Specific objective
The specific objective of this assignment, of which these Terms of Reference will be part of, is to ensure quality and credible learning offered by the NSG with an increased focus on eLearning in order to meet growing learning development needs. The aim of the project is to ensure the quality of eLearning interventions are rolled out within the NSG quality management framework for curriculum.
