Function Prerequisites
● Written & verbal proficiency in English & Arabic
● Good interpersonal skills
● Able to work effectively under, & adapt to, difficult conditions
● University Degree and/or equivalent professional experience
● Relevant work experience, preferably with an NGO
● Excellent administrative skills
● Excellent computer skills
Responsibilities & Specific Duties
● Supporting recruitment processes
● Ensure adequate documentation and archiving of information and documents
● Provides support to staff as needed in Human Resource matters
● To fulfil other duties assigned by line management
