Management Accountant
Management Accountant Position, Grade MS4, Responsible to Finance Manager (MS3)
Primarily providing financial management and accounting operational services in liaison with junior accounting staff
Analyzing and presenting financial reports in accurate and timely manner, Coordinating and leading the annual audit process by liaising with external auditors and the finance committee of the Board of Trustees, Conducting annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the Finance Manager, Managing the organizations cash flow and forecasting, Implementing a robust contracts management and financial management/reporting system that’s uproot Organisation’s operational requirements, updating and implementing all necessary business policies and accounting practices
A Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or closely related discipline, The candidate must be fully qualified professional accountant with ACCA, CIMA or CPA, A minimum of 3 yrs of post qualification experience, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Sound management and interpersonal skills and Computer literacy and team spirit
