Greet and welcome guests in the lounge, Serve guests with food and beverages to the relevant specifications, deliver the highest standard of customer service at all times, Ensure that highs standards are maintained in terms of food presentation and general outlook, Actively look for ways to assist guests in the lounge, Ensure that only qualifying individuals patronise the facilities
Certificate in Food and Beverage Service from a well recognised training institution those with a Diploma in Food and Beverage services will have an added advantage, An MSCE with credits in English and maths, Excellent communication and customer care skills, Pleasant personality, Passion about food and customer service, High standards and quality driven, 3 yrs experience in the Hospitality sector
