Security Manager - Limbe Leaf Tobacco Company Limited
Design, implement and review security policies and standards consistent with Company’s requirements, Provide leadership, guidance and support to security staff, Ensure that security personnel perform according to set standards, Ensure safety and security of company property, employees and visitors, Ensure that all security systems and fire fighting equipment are always in good working condition, Monitor, identify and report to management any security risks or breaches and provide necessary recommendations where possible, Prepare monthly security reports on incidents and complaints, attend to and resolve all security complaints with urgency and professionalism
Minimum of a Diploma in Security Studies or any other relevant field, At least 5 yrs of work experience in the Malawi Police Service or Malawi Defence Force is a must, Highly skilled in investigating security risks/breaches ad gathering security intelligence, Well organised, analytical and excellent communication skills, Physically fit, emotionally stable and ability to work with minimum supervision, Must be between 35 and 45 yrs of age
