Should be in possession of Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and Food Science or related discipline, Should have working knowledge of Excel and Database packages, This is a demanding position and candidates with demonstrable self initiative an networking skills will have an added advantage
Work in coordination with the Food Composition data Program national Steering committee to define food composition data user requirements, Coordinate the setting up of a food composition data based program in Malawi, Compile food preparations, recipes and composite foods in Malawi, Facilitate the networking of food composition data generators in Malawi, Any other duties necessary for the successful running of a Food Composition Data program in Malawi
