PACHI Malawi Trust is a local NGO which strives to bring together various research and development activities in maternal and newborn health, PACHI projects are being implemented in the districts of Thyolo, Zomba, Mangochi, Balaka, Ntcheu, Lilongwe, Mchinji, Kasungu, Dowa, Ntchisi, Nkhata Bay and Mzimba
 
Direct supervisor: Head of Programs, Working with : Program managers, Duty station : PACHI National offices – Lilongwe
 
To develop and implement M&E systems focused on data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure synergy between program goals and the M&E framework, and proposal writing
 
Assist program managers to develop systematic and realistic monitoring plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data to report on project performance indicators, Coordinate the implementation of baseline surveys, follow on monitoring and evaluation exercises for various initiatives and end line surveys for programs, Develop program and operational reporting templates that facilitate the acquisition and aggregation of information programs, Organise and coordinate review of programwork plans with partners and other stakeholders, Facilitate documentation and reporting of assessments, program data and best practices for internal and external sharing, External project evaluations
 
 
Statistical Analysis skills, Project Management knowledge, Grants Management, monitoring and Evaluation, Capacity Development, Documentation, Stakeholder Management, Oral and written communication, results orientation, self development, team player, pro-activeness, creativity, gender sensitive, group leadership, listening
 
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Development related subjects with a minimum 3 yrs experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects and analysis of quantitative data (experience with regression and other forms of quantitative or qualitative data analysis is a plus)
 
Rich experience of programming and Programme cycle Management and Development with a solid understanding of basic principles of research and evaluation design and computer skills especially statistical analysis using SPSS, MS Access, STATA, Excel, among others
