Minimum of MSCE, At least 6months prior working experience with data entry, knowledge of HIV Department data management protocols and experience with entering HIV programme reports is a significant advantage

To support data entry and data cleaning of the quarterly supervision for the National HIV Program and other projects implemented by the ministry of Health

MSH is supporting the Department for HIV and AIDS in the Ministry of Health in carrying our quarterly supervision in over 700 health facilities around the country, Every quarter the supervision forms are entered in an Access data base and this takes up to 4 weeks by Data Entry Clerks

Reporting to the Head of Department at Department of HIV and AIDS, temporary data Clerk swill be expected to : Check completeness of received forms and prepare for entry, Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered, Keep track of data and source documents received, Prepare, sort and file source documents, Enter data into compute from source documents, Resolution of data questions, inaccuracies and inconsistencies, and retrieving of missing data for facilities and district offices, Assist in establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient records management and paper filing system Keeping record of work completed, Communicate with District and Zonal offices relating to M&E data and reports
